The Brophy Camper Hold Downs, part # HSSF, which you reference, are a universal fit item and will work on most full-sized trucks, so they should work well with your pickup. Some dual rear wheel beds and bed liners that block the top edge of the side rails can cause a problem with the installation of these hold downs. These hold downs wrap around the bed rails and are mounted inside the bed under the side rails.

Mounting bracket # 18144 fits most 4-Way flat trailer connectors. We don't have Sierra brand connectors so I can't test it. We do know that it will not work with Hopkins, Wesbar, TAP or Plug-N-Tow brand connectors.
